1. Acceptance
By placing an order, joining our loyalty rewards program, or otherwise using https://natures-juice.com, our online ordering website, or our mobile app (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Agreeing to receive verification text messages is separate from these Terms. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to accept these Terms or to use the Services, and accepting these Terms does not by itself sign you up for text messages.
2. Products and Services
Nature's Juice operates juice bars offering cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and related products, available through the Services and at our store locations. Product information, prices, and availability may change without notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
When you place an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of the order. Orders are subject to acceptance, and we may cancel an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount charged.
4. Loyalty Rewards Program
Members earn one (1) point per dollar spent, excluding tax, tips, and fees. Points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout, subject to the program rules shown at the time of redemption. A loyalty account tied to a phone number may be linked to a user account at your request, after you confirm the phone number with a verification code.
5. SMS Verification Messages
Program name: Nature's Juice Verification.
Program description: We send one-time verification codes (also called OTPs or one-time passcodes) by text message to the mobile number you provide, so you can confirm that number before redeeming loyalty rewards or linking it to your account. We send a code only when you ask for one, for example when you tap "Send verification code". We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You receive one message each time you request a code, typically one message per redemption or phone-linking attempt.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
Help: Reply HELP to any message, email info@natures-juice.com, or call (909) 869-6622.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages to that number. Reply START to opt back in.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party platforms to provide the Services, including:
- Bonbon Loyalty, operated by Logarta LLC (loyalty rewards platform)
- Twilio Inc. (text message delivery)
- Clover (payment processing)
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The providers above use your number only to deliver the verification codes you request and to operate the loyalty program.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nature's Juice or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and our products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nature's Juice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
