verification codes (also called OTPs or one-time passcodes) so you can confirm
your phone number before redeeming loyalty rewards. We send these codes only
at your request - for example, when you tap "Send verification code" at
checkout. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency. Verification messages are transactional and on-demand.
You will only receive a message when you have explicitly requested one.
Typical frequency is one message per redemption attempt.
Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply,
depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out. You can opt out of receiving verification text messages at
any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will
receive a one-time confirmation and we will not send you further messages
from that number. Reply START to opt back in. For help, reply HELP
or contact info@natures-juice.com.
Third-party service providers. We use third-party platforms to deliver
text messages on our behalf:
- Bonbon Loyalty, operated by Logarta LLC, provides the loyalty rewards
platform that triggers verification messages. - Twilio Inc. transmits messages to your mobile carrier.
These providers process your phone number solely to deliver the verification
messages you request.
Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with
third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share
your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data only with the service providers
listed above, and only for the purpose of delivering the verification messages
you request.
