1. Acceptance
By placing an order, signing up for our loyalty rewards program, or otherwise using https://natures-juice.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Products and Services
Nature's Juice operates a juice bar offering cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and related products through the Site and our physical locations. Product information, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
When you place an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of the order. Orders are subject to acceptance and may be canceled at our discretion.
4. Loyalty Rewards Program
Members earn one (1) point per dollar spent (excluding tax, tips, and fees). Points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout as described on the Site. Phone-number-based loyalty accounts may be linked to a user account at the customer's request.
5. SMS Verification Messages
Program name: Nature's Juice Verification.
Program description: We send one-time verification codes (OTPs) by SMS to mobile numbers provided by users. Messages are sent only in direct response to a user's explicit request to verify a phone number, typically when redeeming loyalty rewards.
Message frequency: Transactional and on-demand. Users only receive a message when they request one. Typical frequency is one message per redemption attempt. There is no recurring or scheduled messaging.
Message and data rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers may charge for SMS depending on the user's mobile plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any verification message to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation and will not be sent further verification messages from that number. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party platforms to operate the Site and deliver SMS, including:
- Bonbon Loyalty, operated by Logarta LLC (loyalty rewards platform)
- Twilio Inc. (SMS delivery)
- Clover (payment processing)
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nature's Juice or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nature's Juice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
arising from your use of the Site.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes
constitutes acceptance.
